Scaling a SaaS Brand
Through Strategic Web Design

VendorPM is a B2B platform that connects property managers, PM firms, and vendors through centralized software. They needed more than just a visual refresh—they needed a scalable, multi-page website that clearly spoke to each audience, looked polished, and aligned with their growing brand.

Tight Sketch

The Challenge

Their original site was a one-page layout that lacked depth, hierarchy, and clear paths for their three unique audiences. My role was to expand their site structure, bring clarity to the content, and design a cohesive, modern interface that reinforced trust and usability.

My Approach

1. Hero Redesign + Motion Integration

VendorPM wanted a clean, contemporary first impression. I used their brand palette to build a visually simple but engaging hero section—then added subtle animated background elements using After Effects to add depth without distraction.

2. Multi-Page Structure

I took the site from a single-page scroll to a fully structured multi-page experience. Each page was designed with its own distinct color theme (blue, green, and purple), aligned with VendorPM’s brand system and user segmentation. This created a consistent, accessible journey for users across all touchpoints.

3. Custom Iconography + Visual Language

To add clarity and cohesion, I created custom icons for key service areas. These visuals not only guided the user but also added brand personality and polish.

4. Conversion-Focused Contact Page

VendorPM wanted a more effective contact experience. I designed a dynamic booking form that asks users to identify whether they’re a property manager, PM firm, or vendor—then lets them choose their preferred call time, streamlining the process and improving lead quality.

Contact Page

VendorPM needed a user-friendly way to capture leads from three distinct audiences—property managers, PM firms, and vendors. I designed a conversion-focused contact page that leads with a “Book a Call” form, allowing users to self-select their role and schedule a time that works for them. The design keeps things simple, clean, and clear, helping the sales team qualify leads more efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.

The final design delivered a clearer, more engaging web experience tailored to VendorPM’s multiple user types. The site now reflects the scale and professionalism of the platform—while helping drive better-qualified leads through a focused, user-friendly interface.
